He is a Founder and formerly Chairman, President and CEO of TouchStar Software Corporation, a leader in call center technology solutions.
Madhup Garg (madhup@onlineconnex.com) has pioneering experience in the Indian Call Center Industry, complemented by his work experience with U.S. call centers. Madhup holds a B.Tech from the Institute of Technology at Benares Hindu University. He is COO of OnlineConnex Corporation and serves as the General Manager-India, in addition to his responsibilities for worldwide operations.
Both John and Madhup are hands-on and active in the daily operations of the corporation and both are available to consult on the issues facing your organization.
