Typically, the warranty is 90-day full replacement but additional warranty terms are also available as well as a stocked spare program. For the spare program, OnlineConnex stocks the parts you need for a monthly fee and dispatches them overnight to your site upon request. This allows you to cover several sites with one set of spares.
