The Services Overview below provides a high level view of the Services architecture and its primary components. The IPLC and the link to the OnlineConnex (OC) Cage in the U.S. and the termination equipment in India are your responsibility. The details of the technology in the OC Cage appear below. A separate monitoring LAN with its own connections to all the critical equipment is provided. Both NOC and SNMP monitoring of the hardware and connectivity is standard.
This diagram provides more detail regarding the technology provided by OnlineConnex. Note the industry-standard Nortel Passport, the high-end TouchStar dialer, and Dell. In addition, a full T1 span is provided for remote administration and transmission of the web-based screen pop data to India.
